Cicely, also known as Banglo Kuantan, is a colonial-era Tudor bungalow of stone construction that sits on a plateau overlooking the valley below Telekoms Loop. Managed by Puncak Inn Hotel, the bungalow is located along the slip road to Muar Cottage off Jalan Lady Maxwell, providing spacious family accommodation for 12 pax. Facilities at this home includes a dining hall, television lounge, verandah deck, kitchen and barbeque area, housed in a quiet garden setting brimming with flowers. The main bungalow has a master bedroom with king bed and two bedrooms with twin beds - all with attached bathrooms. Meanwhile, the annex wing houses three bedrooms with queen beds that share a common bathroom
