Tioman House is a small resort at east of Air Batang Village, offering cosy accommodation in a modern bungalow and timber villas of traditional village architecture situated around a pretty garden. Formerly a backpacker hotel, the resort upgraded its rooms and facilities to a modern look with smooth wooden furnishings, panels and interior, along with neatly-tiled bathrooms and warm beds. Twin and Triple rooms come with a choice of fan or air-conditioning, while Deluxe rooms provide family accommodation with television set. Located within the vicinity are restaurants and tour operators, The beach is located right across the footpath from the chalet units.
Abu Suradi, also known as Banglo Tioman, is a small colonial bungalow that sits along the main road a short distance away from the mosque and next to PKBF building. Lacking a living hall and kitchen, the home is essentially composed of two separate bedrooms adjoining each other from the entrance. Each bedroom features a spacious setting with satellite television and king bed, adjacent dressing room with wardrobe and vanity mirror, and attached bathroom with hot water shower. A short walking distance from town, the bungalow is also near Food Garden and Kedai Makan Hamzah, with free wifi Internet access available at Puncak Inn Hotel (bungalow operators).
Cicely, also known as Banglo Kuantan, is a colonial-era Tudor bungalow of stone construction that sits on a plateau overlooking the valley below Telekoms Loop. Managed by Puncak Inn Hotel, the bungalow is located along the slip road to Muar Cottage off Jalan Lady Maxwell, providing spacious family accommodation for 12 pax. Facilities at this home includes a dining hall, television lounge, verandah deck, kitchen and barbeque area, housed in a quiet garden setting brimming with flowers. The main bungalow has a master bedroom with king bed and two bedrooms with twin beds - all with attached bathrooms. Meanwhile, the annex wing houses three bedrooms with queen beds that share a common bathroom
The Cottage, also known as Banglo Bentong, is a colonial-era Tudor bungalow located close to Fraser's Hill town center - hidden behind Kedai Makan Hamzah near the mosque. Managed by Puncak Inn Hotel, the bungalow provides cosy boutique family accommodation for 8 pax, along with a living hall, kitchen and dining room. The main bungalow has a master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with twin beds, while the annex wing has two bedrooms with twin beds - all bedrooms come with attached bathrooms with hot water shower. A very quick walking distance to town, the bungalow also provides convenient access to Abu Suradi and Hemmant trails for some light jungle trekking.
Hollebeke, also known as Banglo Cini, is a colonial-era bungalow of Tudor architecture that sits high up on a hill near town, with a backdrop of apartment buildings at Fraser's Silverpark Resort. The bungalow is accessible by a steep road that starts from right of the roundabout after Fraser's Hill Development Corporation (PKBF) building along Jalan Lady Maxwell. Providing spacious family accommodation for 10 pax, the main bungalow contains a master bedroom with king bed and two bedrooms with twin bed (all with attached bathrooms), while the annex wing houses two bedrooms with twin beds that share a common bathroom. Free wifi Internet access is available at Puncak Inn Hotel, which manages this bungalow.
