RUANG is a natural haven in Janda Baik nestled within lush greeneries and dense rainforest. It is only 45 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur. The humble abode bears the characteristics of an Eco-Industrial-Shabby-Chic-Eccentric-Open Concept, all rolled into one, which is appealing to the senses and inspires the adventurous. A beautiful stream provides a sense of tranquility and adds drama to the natural surroundings. A dip in the stream is rejuvenating and brings back childhood memories. There is also organically grown vegetables and a large pond with fresh water fishes.
First opened in 2012, Danau Daun Chalets was built on a piece of land riddled with swamp, trees and tropical biodiversity. The chalets are designed to blend as close as possible with the natural environment. During construction, the tall and old trees were preserved. The swamp is converted into a pond and a spawing pool for a variety of fish, including tilapia. Located within the premises is the Kopi n Kraf cafe, established to serve both Danau Daun Chalets tenants and the public. The menu consists of Southeast Asian dishes, including Cambodian Popiah, Bakso from Indonesia, and Chicken Kuzi from Kelantan. Beverages include, Janda Baik Coffee, and Arabica Coffee. We hope that you will embrace this opportunity to enjoy Danau Daun Chalets and behold the serene beauty of the jungle.
